Description
The Vermont Air National Guard seeks three mobile laser cleaners under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The equipment will be used to remove paint and light corrosion from airfield ground equipment as a safer alternative to sanding hexavalent-chromium primer. Each unit must use a pulsed fiber laser, operate from 110V input power, have 200–300W power output, weigh less than 100 pounds, and include a compact ruggedized wheeled transportation case with a handle and an ergonomic handheld cleaning applicator. The desired delivery timeline is 30 days after receipt of order. Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability and delivery, past performance, and price, using a best-value tradeoff process.
