Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound is soliciting quotes for three DVF 5000 2nd Generation milling machines, manufactured in accordance with the attached material specifications. The requirement is for a firm-fixed-price supply contract with FOB Destination delivery, and delivery is required by September 30, 2026. The solicitation identifies Ellison Technologies as the manufacturer or sole source and requires the quoted items' manufacturer specification sheets, manufacturer name and CAGE code, country of origin, part numbers, commercial and commercial-off-the-shelf status, lead time, pricing by contract line item, and supply-chain traceability documentation when the offeror is not the manufacturer. A redacted manufacturer or distributor quotation and supporting email must also be provided when applicable. Offerors must return the completed and signed solicitation package, including the required representations and certifications, CAGE and facility CAGE codes, company size, and all solicitation pages. The solicitation requires a completed Standard Form 1449, including the specified offeror signature blocks, and states that the Government may reject incomplete or late offers. Items identified as commercial off-the-shelf are exempt from the stated NIST SP 800-171 assessment requirement.
