Description
Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District is soliciting a contractor for on-site stormwater improvements and influent sanitary sewer infrastructure upgrades at its operating Regional Water Reclamation Facility. The stormwater work will collect and convey runoff contributing to flooding, while the sanitary sewer work will upgrade influent infrastructure. The solicitation requires a contractor’s license, insurance, and compliance with safety standards. The complete package includes the formal bid document, CMAR agreement and exhibits, general conditions, construction drawings, specifications, and a pricing workbook.
