Description
Banning Lewis Ranch Regional Metropolitan District No. 2 is soliciting qualified contractors for construction work and related services for the Banning Lewis Ranch Village A Amenity, including a clubhouse and pool. The project will be located at Vista Prado Boulevard and Guernsey Lane in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A mandatory pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Proposal documents, including contract documents, drawings, and specifications, are available electronically by email request. Proposals must be submitted by email.
