Description
The City of Colorado Springs is soliciting construction services for stabilization of Cottonwood Creek between Academy Boulevard and Union Boulevard. The work includes earthwork, import of off-site material, excavation and replacement of unsuitable material, soil amendments, crimped straw mulch, wetland, riparian, and upland seeding, wetland plugs, willow stakes, cottonwood and willow poles, container plants, hand watering, and related site work. The solicitation package includes the Schedule A Bid Form and Exhibit 1 Qualifications Documents. The submission must include the completed bid form, qualifications documents, a project proposal, and addenda acknowledgment if addenda are issued. Insurance is required, including commercial general liability, workers' compensation and employers' liability, automobile liability, builders risk or installation floater, professional liability, and pollution legal liability coverage.
