Description
The City of Colorado Springs is seeking qualified contractors for on-call, time-and-materials parks maintenance services through multiple awards. Task orders may cover landscape construction and maintenance, trail construction and maintenance, janitorial services, parking and traffic control, paved-area sweeping, portable restrooms, security and locking, septic systems, sport-court resurfacing, striping, greenhouse repairs, cemetery monuments, golf-course services, outdoor-art conservation, archaeological and cultural-resource services, and public-relations or community-engagement consulting. Contractors must furnish labor, materials, equipment, permits, licenses, project management, scheduling, safety measures, cleanup, and subcontractor coordination as applicable. The proposal package is limited to 25 pages for the main proposal, with specified formatting requirements, and must include a signed cover letter, technical and management approach, organizational information, past performance or relevant experience, key-personnel resumes, and the required exhibits and appendices. Exhibit 1, the federal forms in Exhibit 4, Appendix A specialty submissions, and hourly rate sheets are required; hourly rates are submitted separately and are not evaluated. The anticipated contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, structured as an IDIQ with task orders and no guaranteed minimum. The anticipated aggregate task-order value is up to $3,000,000 per year.
