Description
Harmony Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified childcare providers to expand its approved vendor pool for tuition-free prekindergarten services for eligible three- and four-year-old students. Services will be delivered at the provider's site in accordance with Harmony's program and operational needs. Existing providers already approved under the prior PreK program partnership solicitation are not eligible to respond. The initial contract period includes an implementation period from November 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, followed by the first year of program operations from August 1, 2027, through July 31, 2028. Three optional one-year renewals may be awarded by mutual written agreement. Proposals must include the completed and signed attachment package, proposal package, cost proposal form, and any deviations and exceptions; responses are submitted through the electronic bidding system.
