Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas is soliciting bids for a ten-month internet database subscription covering the Greater Permian Basin, including the Central Basin Platform, Midland Basin, and Delaware Basin. The subscription must provide simulated subsurface or formation-pressure data derived from historical industry reporting and machine-learning data, pressure mapping utilities, and information on injection wells, including permit information, injection volumes, and pressure data. The online geospatial platform must also provide frequently updated satellite-based InSAR surface-deformation monitoring and analytics, including cumulative displacement and deformation rates along ascending and descending lines of sight, plus estimated vertical and horizontal displacement. The awarded vendor must regularly deliver formation-pressure data and maps in Shapefile, raster-image, and CSV point-data formats, provide coverage of shallow injection intervals, and conduct user training with manuals and desktop reference guides. The solicitation states that the initial term is ten months, although one section contains an inconsistent reference to twelve months.
