Robeson County Partnership for Children, also known as Smart Start, is accepting proposals for services addressing documented community needs in one of three core areas: Health, Family Support Services, or Early Care & Education. Proposed services must clearly explain how they will promote school readiness for children from birth through age five and must include evidence-based or evidence-informed documentation. The funding period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030. Attendance at a required pre-proposal meeting is mandatory, with separate sessions for currently funded service providers and other interested bidders. Proposal packets will be provided only to meeting attendees.
