Description
The City of Austin is soliciting temporary staffing services for its Austin 311 and Austin Energy utility contact centers. The requirement is for personnel supporting contact-center operations; the provided materials do not specify staffing quantities, positions, qualifications, schedules, or performance requirements. Responses must be submitted electronically through the City of Austin's Austin Finance Online eResponse system.
