Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is soliciting a contractor for the turn-key construction of eight offices and a conference room along the south wall of Suite 242T in the Trinity Building. The scope includes partial demolition and remodeling, construction of interior walls, doors, transoms, finishes, and flooring; modifications to HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, data connections, and controls; and updates to a smaller suite for ADA Title II and fire-exit compliance. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, coordinate required TDLR review and approval, comply with Travis County prevailing wages, and perform work during standard weekday hours unless otherwise approved. The response must include the required forms and submission documents, including an executive summary, organization and qualifications information, key personnel profiles and resumes, a project milestone schedule, at least three similar-project references, a letter of bonding capacity, Form 1 execution, Form 2 cost response, Form 3 references, Form 4 financial questionnaire, Form 5 title page, Form 6 VetHUB subcontracting plan, and Form 1020 direct deposit form. The completed project is due within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, and the contractor must provide required insurance and bonds before work begins or as otherwise specified.
