Description
The City of Austin is soliciting staff augmentation to support Austin Energy with routine and emergency relay services for substations, power plants, and transmission and distribution systems. The scope is service-based and includes support for both routine operations and emergency needs. Responses must be submitted through the Austin Finance Online eResponse system. The system requires a price offer and offer-and-certifications documents, allows up to 25 files, limits individual files to 40 MB, and accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, ZIP, XLS, and XLSX files. For an RFP, required proposal information should be uploaded as a Technical Offer.
