Description
The Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners seeks a qualified individual or entity to develop, administer, and maintain a secure online peer-review continuing competence approval system for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants licensed in Texas. The system must support online approval applications, peer review by subject-matter experts, searchable approved activities and accredited providers, and an online repository for licensees to store and track completed continuing competence documents. The contractor will accredit providers, evaluate and approve activities, manage application fees through a secure payment gateway, maintain records for four years, develop a policy manual, conduct audits, implement regulatory changes, and submit quarterly reports. The respondent must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide at least three similar past projects with references. The contract term is January 4, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with no automatic renewal. Proposals must include Exhibits A through E and acknowledge any addenda.
