Description
Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority is requesting proposals for a cloud-based software-as-a-service solar power monitoring system, including licenses and services to configure, integrate, and deploy monitoring for existing solar power systems at 49 bus-stop locations, with capacity for future expansion. The solution must provide secure web-based and remote access, single sign-on, dashboards, system-health and battery monitoring, configurable alerts, analytics, historical trends, reporting, GIS location visibility, and battery-protection functions. The contractor must provide project management, implementation, integration, testing, training, documentation, maintenance, warranty, technical support, and field support as required. Requirements include 24/7/365 access and support, security and accessibility compliance, data protection, disaster recovery, software updates, predictive maintenance capabilities, and integration with existing solar installations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids in two uploads: Volume 1 pricing and Volume 2 technical proposal. The vendor must fully upload and submit the eBid before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on the due date.
