Description
Jordan School District is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of Tableau Cloud software licenses for a 12-month coverage period. The requirement includes 395 Tableau Cloud Viewer renewal licenses, part number 200001772-2a, and 5 Tableau Cloud Creator renewal licenses, part number 200001770-2a, covering December 14, 2026, through December 13, 2027. No substitutions or alternate software products will be accepted, and bidders must quote the specified products and part numbers. Bidders must be authorized resellers and provide a distributor letter confirming reseller authorization. Responses must include the completed cost form, a bid on the bidder's usual quote template, a completed vendor information sheet, a W-9, and documentation demonstrating compliance with the mandatory requirements. Education discounts should be included where available. The solicitation also permits bidders to submit proposed exceptions or additions to the district's standard terms and conditions in Microsoft Word format; such exceptions are optional. A signed boycott-restrictions statement is required, although the listed package does not include Attachment B.
