Description
The City of West Jordan is soliciting bids for specified quantities of city-standard streetlight materials: fiberglass light poles, top fitter arms, acorn LED streetlights, LED cobra streetlights, and photoelectric photocells. Bidders must provide the listed products or products approved by the City's Electrical Department as equals through the question-and-answer process; proposed equals require product cut sheets and sufficient technical information submitted during the designated Q&A period. The bid schedule requires unit and extended pricing, with all shipping, freight, handling, and delivery costs included. The bidder must also state the guaranteed shipping time after receipt of order. Award may be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on total cost.
