The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a contractor to remove the existing evaporator and water-cooled condenser serving Cold Room 919 and install new refrigeration equipment capable of maintaining 4°C ± 1°C. The work includes installing a new line set, relocating the condenser to a designated lower location on a fabricated stand, connecting the new evaporator to the existing drain line, and connecting all associated electrical and controls.
