Description
This presolicitation concerns a planned firm-fixed-price construction contract for installation of shoreline protection and dike realignment in AIWW Placement Area 1110S W-C, including clearing and appurtenant work. The contractor will furnish all required plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricants, supplies, and materials. The estimated magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The notice is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This is not yet a solicitation, and no response is requested at this stage; a formal solicitation is expected to provide the response deadline, plans and specifications, pricing schedule, submission instructions, and evaluation factors.
