Description
Charleston County is requesting proposals for a turnkey Computer Aided Dispatch to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD-to-CAD or C2C) solution supporting the public safety needs of its consolidated 9-1-1 dispatch center and the surrounding region. The solution must permit future expansion to additional partner organizations. The submission must include a proposal, a completed Functional Requirements and Specifications Matrix, a Cost Proposal, and a Redacted Technical Proposal. The matrix is required in Excel format; the other submission files may use any file type. The solicitation package identifies the procurement as an open RFP.
