Description
The City of Charleston is requesting proposals for Project 3500 - Eastern and Western Peninsula Offerings - Architect of Record. The selected architect will serve as the Architect of Record for projects on both the Eastern and Western peninsulas of Charleston. The scope includes providing architectural services for the redevelopment of parcels, with mandatory pre-proposal site visits scheduled for August 24, 2026. Proposals are due by September 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
