The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments is seeking consultant support from qualified planning and design professionals to update and advance its current regional micromobility plan. The selected consultant will collaborate with agency staff on a robust public engagement process, policy analysis, identification of multimodal needs and design alternatives, recommendations for project prioritization and implementation, and updates to regional design guidelines.
