Description

The Citadel is soliciting design-bid-build construction services for the renovation of Dunnemann Apartments workforce housing. The project includes upgrades to the main electrical system serving the 1951 infrastructure, including replacement of the main distribution equipment, switchboards, panels, meters, and wiring. The work also includes demolition of two existing elevators and installation of one modern passenger elevator. The successful contractor must provide a three-year warranty from the date of the Certificate of Operation covering parts, labor, 24/7 callbacks, and code-required testing. The prime contractor must hold a South Carolina Building (BD) license classification with a Group 4 or Group 5 dollar limitation.
