Description
Shenandoah School Corporation is soliciting a lump-sum general contract for construction of a new transportation center. The project includes a wood-stud bus maintenance building with two bus bays and a mezzanine over administrative spaces, four post-framed bus-storage canopies, metal siding and roofing, and related demolition and relocation work. The scope also includes asphalt and concrete paving, fencing, bollards, discus-field improvements, plumbing, HVAC, electrical power and lighting, fiber-optic and horizontal communications cabling, technology enclosures and rack equipment, access control, and associated site and building systems. Bids must include the required Indiana State Board of Accounts Form 96, financial statement, affidavit of non-collusion, and bid security; the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds.
