Description
The City of Marion, Indiana is soliciting bids for the complete construction of a project. The work will be performed under one or more prime contracts with the Owner, and a Construction Manager will oversee the construction. The project must be constructed in full accordance with the Bidding Documents, which are available for examination at the office of the Construction Manager and online at www.skillmanplanroom.com. Prospective bidders must register on the plan room website to download documents electronically or request printed copies. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on August 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time, followed by a site walk-through at 1:00 PM local time starting at 405 South Washington St, Swayzee, IN 46986. Attendance is optional but recommended.
