Description
The Muncie Housing Authority is seeking proposals to prepare vacant apartments at Earthstone Terrace, Southern Pines, and Gillespie Tower. The solicitation is identified as Proposal No. GF-005,006,008-26-3-NC. Proposals must include three complete sets of the required submittal forms identified in Section IV. Submissions must be sealed and marked with the proposal name and “RFP Request,” with the company name and address shown on the outside of the package.
