Description
Yates County is soliciting sealed bids to replace an existing Air Handler #12 with a packaged rooftop air handler and complete all related work. The successful bidder is responsible for the conduit, wiring, and roof penetration from the new unit to the Siemens control panel; Yates County will contract separately with Siemens for control-panel connection and programming assistance. The addendum checklist requires a certificate of insurance, New York workers’ compensation and disability insurance certificates, completed hold-harmless, non-collusive bidding, Iranian Energy Sector Divestment, and sexual-harassment-prevention forms, a bid bond or qualifying bid security, a New York Department of Labor Contractor Registry Certificate, and all bid sheets. A 5% Women-Owned Business Enterprise goal applies; SDVOB, MBE, and DBE goals are 0%.
