Description
The City of Rochester is seeking quotes for fresh holiday wreaths, including one approximately 60 inches in diameter with a red velvet bow, two approximately 48 inches in diameter with red velvet bows, and 38 approximately 30 inches in diameter with red velvet bows. The 30-inch wreaths must be fireproofed. The vendor must provide delivery, including two stops, and install the wreaths on designated City Hall doors and in the City Council Chambers. The quote must include all costs, state the delivery time after receipt of order, include a current W-9, and accept City of Rochester purchase orders. The solicitation permits award in total or by line or group of lines and identifies a five percent price advantage for New York State-certified MWBE bidders.
