Description
The City of Rochester is soliciting a term contract for office supplies for City departments. The contractor must provide the requested catalog items, offer its own online office-supply catalog, apply a single catalog discount, provide SKU or reference numbers and pricing for the market-basket items, and support ordering through an approved online ordering system. The scope includes 61 specified market-basket items and permits City departments to order additional catalog items as needed, subject to the stated category restrictions. The contract is for one year, with up to three additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. Quantities are indefinite, with approximately $200,000 in historical annual spending but no guaranteed purchase volume. The contractor must provide delivery, an express return program, invoices meeting specified requirements, a dedicated customer-service contact, responses within one business day, and issue resolution within three business days. The online catalog and ordering system must be ready for testing and City review within 10 business days after award or by November 30, 2026, whichever comes first.
