Description
The Monroe County Water Authority is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at the Lee Road Booster Pumping Station. The scope includes demolition; site, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing improvements; and installation of owner-furnished 35kV switchgear. An alternate is included for a new 2,000 kW generator. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 27, 2026. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidding documents, including drawings, are available from the Authority at no charge.
