Description
New Milford Public Schools is requesting proposals for a design package, itemized equipment quote, and installation of an audio/video streaming and recording system for New Milford High School Theater. The requested solution may include up to three 4K PTZ cameras with at least 20x preferred zoom, audio capture from the theater sound board or house microphones, a joystick controller, physical switcher controls, a dedicated recording deck, and the ability to edit live feeds, record performances, distribute video online through YouTube or a similar platform, and send video and audio to monitors throughout the building. The system must integrate with the existing ATEM infrastructure. Named or comparable equipment includes Panasonic AQ-UE80 or Canon CR-N700 cameras, Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro, and Blackmagic Design 1 M/E Advanced Control Panel. The selected vendor must provide installation and any necessary design and specifications, with substitutions for brand-name and specialty items generally prohibited without District approval. Proposals must include an understanding of the work, vendor and staff qualifications, references, a signed transmittal letter, resumes for proposal-team personnel, necessary licenses or permits, and completed appendices. The selected vendor must complete evaluation, design, specifications, and cost estimates within 30 days of award notice or contract signing, whichever is later. Insurance proof is required with the proposal, while the full insurance coverage is due after award and before work begins.
