Description
Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category Two switch equipment and related components. The requested equipment includes Aruba-equivalent switches and power supplies: 2 JL679A switches, 24 JL677A switches, 8 R9Y04A switches, 7 S3L75A switches, 15 S3L77A switches, and 44 JL670A power supplies. Proposals must include hardware, shipping, taxes, detailed billing, E-Rate eligibility classifications, and manufacturer warranties. Equivalent products may be proposed, and the vendor must be a certified reseller. The contract is intended to be a fixed-price, one-year agreement, with possible annual renewal for a total term of up to three consecutive fiscal years. The projected project start date is April 1, 2027, subject to E-Rate funding and District approval. Responders must provide three reference sites using their service for at least three years and submit the required proposal forms and certifications. No installation is requested for the associated equipment procurement; delivery is to District-designated sites.
