Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health's Wyoming Pioneer Home, is soliciting bids for replacement of two existing boilers with three new boilers and associated heating plant accessories. The project also includes demolition of existing second boiler plant equipment and tying the heating system into the new boiler plant. The contractor must replace pneumatic controls and valves throughout the building with electronic DDC actuators and controls, replace existing electronic control valves, and provide a nonproprietary HVAC building automation system with a central control station for monitoring HVAC operations throughout the building. Bids must be submitted on State of Wyoming forms through the Public Purchase system. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and a 10% bid deposit is required for bids greater than $150,000. The controls contractor will be selected through RFQ #27-0687.
