Description
The USDA Forest Service is soliciting quotes for the Wapiti Ranger District Warehouse Roof Replacement project. The work involves furnishing and installing approximately 20 squares (10 ft x 10 ft) of new roofing, repairing soffit, and replacing soffit sheeting as needed at the Forest-owned warehouse at Wapiti Ranger Station, 2285 N Fork Hwy, Cody, WY 82414. The existing roof is asphalt and the preference is to replace it with a metal roof system. The contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing roof material, obtaining all necessary permits, and repairing any damage caused by roofing activities. The project includes a base CLIN for the roof replacement and an option CLIN for sheeting and soffit repair/replacement. A site visit is scheduled for August 20, 2026, and questions are due by August 27, 2026. Quotes are due by September 17, 2026. The contract period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to November 1, 2027.
