Description
Pulte Home Company, LLC is soliciting a contractor for the Valley Boulevard TM36658 Grading Improvements project in the City of Menifee, California. The scope includes grading, riprap, interceptor drainage, splash walls, low-flow swales, roadway and parkway subgrade preparation, export of surplus soil, erosion control, traffic control, dust control, compaction, cleanup, and related incidental work. The project is a lump-sum bid with an anticipated November 2026 start and a completion period of 35 working days after notice to proceed. Bidders must hold a California Class A contractor's license, maintain Department of Industrial Relations registration, comply with prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements, and provide the required bid, payment, performance, and warranty bonds. The proposal package includes the provided bid proposal pages and line items, addenda acknowledgment, contractor and subcontractor information, licensing and compliance certifications, worker's compensation certification, three similar-project references, a copy of DIR registration, and a bid bond using the surety's form.
