Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities and its housing stabilization office, is soliciting proposals from new Emergency Assistance homeless shelter providers. Providers must offer safe shelter, housing search assistance, case management, and stabilization services; diversion services may also be proposed with or without shelter services. The procurement is intended to expand shelter capacity and is not for providers that already hold contracts directly with the Department of Housing and Community Development. Subcontractors seeking to contract directly with the Commonwealth may respond.
