Description
The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), on behalf of the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board and its East Middlesex and Suffolk County Mosquito Control Projects, is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 3,200 square feet of usable area for garage, office, and storage space. The space may range from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet and must be located within the specified towns in the Boston metropolitan area. The lease term is for 10 years. Proposals must be submitted to the DCAMM Office of Leasing and State Office Planning either by mail or email by the stated deadline.
