The Massachusetts Port Authority (“Massport”) is seeking proposals from entities with experience with a Prohib- ited Items Mail Back Concessions Program to enter into an agreement for mailing prohibited items that are not allowed through TSA checkpoints back to passengers. Pro- posals are due to Massport at or before 12:00 noon on No- vember 12, 2026, via Bid Express https://www.massport. com/business/bids-and-opportunities Other important dates and information can be found in the relevant Re- quest for Proposals (RFP) document on Bid Express. The Prohibited Items Mail Back Concessions Program contract will begin no later than April 1, 2027. Description
The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking proposals from experienced entities to operate a Prohibited Items Mail-Back Concessions Program. The contractor will mail passenger items that are not permitted through TSA checkpoints back to the passengers. Proposals are due by noon on November 12, 2026, through Bid Express. The contract will begin no later than April 1, 2027. The notice states that additional dates and requirements are provided in the relevant RFP document.
