Description
The City of Hutto, Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of the Cottonwood 30-Inch Water Transmission Main Project. The project involves the installation of approximately 6,200 linear feet of 30-inch water main from the Cottonwood Elevated Storage Tank Project at Bridges at Cross Creek Boulevard and Carl Stern Drive to the Megasite Water Main on County Road 132. The scope includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, disposal fees, and incidental costs necessary to complete the work. Proposals will be evaluated based on bid price (50 points), proposed plan, schedule and quality control program (30 points), and background, experience, qualifications, and safety (20 points). A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled, and proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire.
