Description
The City and County of Denver, on behalf of Denver Human Services' Economic Resilience Division, is seeking applications from qualified government entities, for-profit organizations, and nonprofit Denver community organizations to become designated workfare sites for eligible customers receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. Selected sites will provide basic training and job or industry experience to strengthen participants' employability skills and support economic well-being. Selected applicants will enter into agreements with Denver Human Services and receive referrals of eligible customers. The opportunity has a five-year duration with an additional five-year option period. Responses must include the proposal documents and be submitted electronically as one file through the procurement portal.
