Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a qualified nongovernmental or civil-society organization to strengthen the socioeconomic resilience of internally displaced persons and host communities in Bria, Haute-Kotto Prefecture, Central African Republic. The work includes identifying and selecting beneficiary groups; assessing training needs; delivering at least five vocational or technical training streams; supporting agricultural and livestock production; supplying appropriate agricultural and veterinary inputs and equipment; and promoting peaceful coexistence, social cohesion, and local coordination. The project is intended to reach approximately 25 groups and 500 direct beneficiaries, including 125 training participants. Required outputs include work planning, monthly results and financial reports, beneficiary databases, group-selection and needs-assessment reports, monthly coordination meetings, and a final report. The five-month project has a fixed budget ceiling of USD 150,000, with project-management costs capped at 20 percent. No subcontracting is permitted. Proposals must include technical and financial submissions, administrative and legal records, recent financial statements, relevant past-performance evidence, key personnel curricula vitae and diplomas, vehicle ownership or rental evidence, and the specified completed annexes and financial files.
