Description
Eastern Kentucky University is soliciting bids from qualified clothing and uniform vendors to provide uniform apparel and safety footwear for its Division of Facilities Management. The scope includes work pants, shirts, polos, shorts, bib overalls, jackets, hoodies, headwear, flame-resistant apparel options, and safety footwear in specified colors and sizes. The University will consider equivalent or alternate products subject to approval. The selected vendor should provide customer assistance, an online ordering portal or streamlined procurement process, safety-footwear mobile service with storefront options, and custom embroidery of the EKU logo in accordance with the University's brand guidelines. Pricing must include all fees, including shipping, with no separate shipping charges. The contract has an initial one-year term and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods; there is no minimum purchase commitment or guaranteed annual quantity. Bidders must complete and upload the pricing sheet and required solicitation forms, and provide three similar-project references. Vendors using EKU marks must complete the University's licensing process.
