Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy is soliciting a supplier for employee uniforms and related apparel. The supplier must provide a clothing catalog and pricing for varied brands, fabrics, colors, and sizes, with available logo decoration by embroidery, screen printing, or both. Pricing must identify actual or estimated sizing, shipping, and decoration charges and should address the example uniform order provided with the solicitation. The supplier must describe included services, purchasing and delivery lead times, and the form of purchase contract to be used. Uniforms are to be delivered to the Little Cottonwood Water Treatment Plant. The contract term is one year from execution, with up to three additional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must include at least two client references for similar work and the requested cost and service information.
