Description

The School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR), a California joint powers authority, is soliciting proposals to establish statewide master contracts for E-Rate-eligible Category Two networking and wireless equipment and related services. Requested offerings include switches, routers, caching equipment, firewall services and components, wireless access points and controllers, uninterruptible power supplies, cabling, antennas, connectors, racks, leased equipment, existing-equipment management, software, installation, configuration, project management, and basic maintenance. Vendors must provide product and service pricing, including manufacturer and SKU information where applicable, and identify their service territory and capabilities. Responses will be evaluated primarily on price, along with technical experience, understanding of requirements, management capacity, and prior public-agency experience. Vendors must participate in the E-Rate Program, provide a valid SPIN, maintain current USAC certification, and submit the specified response materials and attachments.
