Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Eritrea is seeking a quotation for a comprehensive supply of door access control and fire alarm system equipment and accessories. The requested goods include access hubs, door hubs, readers, intercom viewers, strike locks, access buttons, exit devices, cabling, rack equipment, switches, batteries, conduits, fire alarm control equipment, addressable detectors, manual call points, sounder beacons, fire bells, modules, fire-resistant cable, and related components. The package also includes a Hikvision network video recorder, Unifi network equipment, and an uninterruptible power supply. Goods must be new, unused, current models, supplied in manufacturers' original sealed packaging, and compliant with the stated technical requirements. The supplier must provide relevant product documentation, manufacturer authorization and warranty support documentation, and quality or certification evidence upon request. Delivery is required within three weeks or 45 days after contract signature, depending on the applicable schedule document; the solicitation's portal schedule states three weeks. Installation, testing, training, commissioning, and local service support are marked not applicable. The goods are subject to inspection, functional testing, and a 12-month warranty from final acceptance.
