Description

E Center is requesting proposals for new E-Rate-eligible Category 2 equipment and related services supporting its wireless network. The solicitation covers 90 wireless access points, necessary software and licenses, basic maintenance of internal connections, and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. The requested wireless solution should support Wi-Fi 7, integrate with the applicant’s existing Ubiquiti wireless environment and on-premises controller, and meet the stated power-over-Ethernet and network compatibility requirements. Equipment must be new; used, open-box, refurbished, or otherwise non-new equipment will be disqualified. Equivalent products may be proposed with supporting specifications and documentation, while partial offers are not permitted. Vendor installation services are not required. Proposals must include all product, licensing, shipping, and other required costs, with pricing submitted in the provided Pricing Attachment in Excel or equivalent format. Pricing must identify unit costs by SKU and categorize eligible costs as Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections, and/or Managed Internal Broadband Services. The applicant requires SPI discount billing, compliance with applicable E-Rate supply-chain restrictions, and the lowest corresponding price.
