Description
Mansfield Correctional Institution is seeking a contractor to rebuild and repair two hoop-style greenhouses measuring approximately 20 feet wide by 48 feet long by 10 feet high. The greenhouses are covered with 6-mil polyethylene film; one has double film and an inflation fan. Each greenhouse includes a unit heater, a large exhaust fan with louver, a smaller shutter fan, and polycarbonate end walls. Both structures have age-related deterioration and require upgraded mechanical components and glazing. Responses must be submitted through the Ohio Buys procurement system.
