SSC Services for Education, acting on behalf of the Texas A&M University System, is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the demolition of the Totah and PCI buildings and an associated parking lot located on the Texas A&M-Victoria campus in Victoria, Texas. The project involves the complete demolition of these structures and the parking lot, with the site to be prepared for future development. The selected contractor will be responsible for all necessary demolition, debris removal, and site restoration as detailed in the construction documents. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled, and all relevant documents are available electronically through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Package.
