Description
The Town of Glen Allen, Alabama, is seeking quotes for the complete demolition of the abandoned Glen Allen Community Center on Birch Street. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and connection materials needed to raze the structure and remove all building construction debris. Asbestos-related materials have already been removed under a separate contract. Quotes must be submitted by September 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. by mail, delivery, or email.
