Description
Butler County is soliciting sealed bids for demolition of the property at 601 Old Plank Road in Penn Township. The procurement is a fixed-fee contract and includes demolition work under the bid package, with prevailing wages and applicable labor standards. The submission must include a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check for at least 10 percent of the bid amount, along with required MBE/WBE materials, non-segregated-facilities and nondiscrimination certifications, a non-collusion affidavit, equal-employment-opportunity certification, bidder qualifications, minority-business-utilization certification, public-works employment verification, Byrd Anti-Lobbying certification, addenda acknowledgment, and the completed pricing response template. Optional MBE/WBE unavailability and disclosure affidavits are required if applicable.
