Description
The Arizona Department of Transportation is soliciting a contractor to provide all-inclusive demolition services for four right-of-way parcels: 7-12604, 7-12606, 7-12466, and 7-12529. Pricing is requested separately for each parcel, excluding taxes. The solicitation requires a signed Offer and Acceptance form, offeror information, a subcontractor and supplier list, an equipment list, references, confidentiality designation, tax information, and a PDF copy of the complete bid security document. A non-revocable bid security equal to 10% of the total bid price is required in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. A pre-offer conference will be held virtually, and attendance at the site visit is mandatory.
